We offer a variety of property management packages to choose from. We do understand that not all clients would need or want the same services and have tailored our packages for such eventualities.

We are exactly what we claim to be, reliable and trustworthy; looking after your investment here in Spain as if it was our own home. We have no reason to blind you with science and hidden fees and charges. We tell you exactly how much our service fees are, and that is the price you pay.

NO hidden charges, just straightforward and all inclusive fees. In comparison we may be a little more expensive in our annual fees, but unlike some of our competitors, we do NOT charge you a percentage cut of your rental income, unlike other agencies.

Below you will find an overview of the packages we have prepared. And if there is anything you wish to ask, please contact us. We will be happy to discuss any specific requirements you may have.

Basic Package: Cost: € 695 per year - € 13.36 per week

Taking responsibility of the keys to your property (Keyholding)
With prior consent from yourselves we will meet and greet any guests staying at the property at a pre-arranged date and time
Handing over keys to your visitors and collect them at the end of their stay
We will provide them with a welcome tour, including use of appliance instructions etc.

Check-out cleaning fee - € 75 per clean - charged separately when required
If you do not let your property, we will include fortnightly visits to give the appearance of
occupation, air the property, security checks, and watering indoor plants
Property checked after severe weather conditions as standard
You will receive regular updates on the condition of your property, particularly in the event of excessive damage on guest's departure.

BRONZE PACKAGE: Cost: € 950 per year - € 18.26 per week

Includes all the Basic Package features
FREE listing of your rental property on our website
PLUS mail collection and forwarding to the UK
With today's rise in identity theft it isn't a good idea to have personal mail lying around when you have guests staying at your property. Includes standard mail forwarding costs - large packages will be invoiced separately.

SILVER PACKAGE: Cost: € 1250 per year - € 24.03 per week

Includes all Basic Package features
Reduced check-out cleaning fee of € 70 per clean - charged separately when required
FREE listing of your rental property on our website
PLUS General maintenance of your property is included in the package price, i.e. interior paint work, snagging, and fixing of any decorating mishaps that may happen during a rental period (up to € 100 per incident).

PLATINUM PACKAGE: Cost € 1700 per year - € 32.70 per week

Reduced check-out cleaning fee of € 65 per clean - charged separately when required.

SUPERIOR PACKAGE: Cost € 2995 per year - € 32.70 per week

PLUS 24 hour emergency call-out. We will leave our contact details at the house for either your visitors or neighbours to call us in the event of an emergency.
Collection of letting fees and depositing them into your Spanish bank account on your behalf.
Reduced check-out cleaning fee of € 60 per clean - charged separately when required.

Non-Contractual Management Services - Ad Hoc

We offer competitive annual property maintenance contracts. If you do not require an annual property maintenance contract, then we also offer a range of services and products for our non contract clients. All services are to be pre-paid.

Service descriptions and pricing are as follows:

Weekly Security Checks - € 30 per week

We will visit your property on a weekly basis, and check that it is secure. Any damage, break-ins or loss will be reported immediately to the owner and we will notify the local Police.

Maintenance Checks - € 55 per week

A weekly check of your property. We'll check that your property is clean and tidy, clean the pool of surface debris and hose down gardens and patios. Appliances will be tested as will power and water. Property will be aired and any inside plants will be watered.
A record will be kept and emailed to clients and any problem areas will be brought to your attention straight away, backed up by photos where applicable.

Keyholding Service - € 120 per year

Holding Owners keys and making these available to the Owner, Owner's clients or tradesmen, service engineers as advised by the Owner and collected from our office.
Delivery and collection of keys will be charged at 40cents per kilometre of travel.

Cleaning Services - € 75 per visit

Cleaning is charged € 75 per visit after a visitor has checked out. This includes all cleaning materials and covers floors, surfaces and windows.
Laundry is separate as below:

Laundry Services

These are charged on a per bed basis and all linen must be provided by the client.
The price is € 15 per bed and includes linen and up to 2 towels, washed on site in your own machine. If we need to take the items away, each bed will be charged at € 20 per bed and includes linen and up to 2 towels.
Any items that have to be dry cleaned will be charged at additional cost.

Call-Out Services

This can be for meeting tradesmen, accept deliveries, and provide access to the property or to deal with emergencies.
Prices are per visit and include 1 hour of waiting 'on site' i.e. at the property.

€ 45 (9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday)
€ 60 all other times
Additional hours are charged at € 21 (9am to 6pm – Monday to Saturday) and € 37 per hour out of hours.

Meet & Greet - € 50 per visit

We'll welcome your guests to your property, advise them of how various appliances etc. work and give them some basic information about the area.

Welcome Packs

These can be customised to suit your needs however our standard pack will include:

1 litre of milk
125 g freeze-dried coffee
50 teabags
100 g sugar
2 litres of water
1 litres of orange juice
1 x white bread (toast)
1 x strawberry preserves
6 eggs
250 g Ham
1 Box of Cornflakes

Price is € 22 and welcome packs will normally be left after or during a maintenance check, clean or meet and greet service and the delivery fee of 40cents per mile will apply at all other times.

Special Guests Welcome Pack - For that Special Touch
